rear fan for h440

hello guys

so i got an nzxt h440 and the rear fan is kinda loose and it makes a some noise when i open my PC for a few minutes.. 

i decided to buy another one and im thinking about getting a led fan, 140mm

thinking about buying an AEROCOOL led 140mm blue edition

it's cheap and seems decent for its price. 

any other ideas?

What do you mean by it's loose? Are the screws not fully tightened?

Can you describe the noise?
