windows 10 education differences?

I can get a legal copy of W10 education for £13.99 which i would prefer to a £5 off of kinguin or the £25 system builder version. Is there any downside in features? and will it be motherboard locked like oem windows?

Edu has more features but no cortana

Code. A dvd/usb would come with a cide anyway

It'll be a downloadable ISO and key (code). You'll need to pop that onto a USB flash drive - use Rufus or something to do this. Fairly simple

The ability to use Windows to go for me is worth the extra 5 pounds.

but i already used a usb with an iso currently, its just unactivated

I believe so. Enterprise and Education editions only if I remember correctly. Not even Pro has it.
