Same model CPU different components

I was just wondering why two of the same model cpu have different electrical components on it like these two i7-4770's for example:

The top one says Malay, the bottom one says Costa Rica. Thanks for any help.

Could be a revision, not sure.

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.

It's probably where the chip was manufactured.

There is enough youth in this world, how about a fountain of smart?

Exactly, one was made in Malaysia (Malay) the other in Costa Rica.  Intel doesn't have just one manufacturing source.

I think it's more likely that one is a revision. I thought there was some cool way to tell that one is a counterfeit or something.
