Viesulis

I got a lead on G3258 for 40 euro and I already have an 5770 so will it be too much for the Pico?

G3258

53 W

5770

108W

total - 161 W

pico PCU - 160 W

There are  other micro PSUs with higher wattage limits (180W and 300W)

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

But the Pentium and 5770 draw about 160 watts together why will it be too much?

And what about under volting 5770

TDP: Thermal Design Power
I would look at reviews of the HD 5770 or use ExtremePSUCalculator, which is what I'm doing right now.

No I don't have the budget for a better mobo just a itx one.

Also I'm putting the system in Xbox 360 case so thermals are going to be toasty.

You could still OC, but yeah I see why you wouldn't want to. Also, I always wanted to do that lol. ExtremePSUCalculator says 251 Watts under load, just FYI

I'd expect pretty much any older AMD discrete GPU to be much for any PicoPSU.

Together with 5770 the take 163 watts

One option is undervoltting

I'd still not do it. I'd avoid using anything that consumes more power than a 1050ti.

Yeah, or 1050ti. Anything that runs off just PCIe power and no external power.
