1600$ Build W/ Peripherals

This is my build concept for a solid gaming and streaming PC for streaming PC and Console games like Skyrim/fallout 4/ H1Z1 and VR games too. Location is US and budget is around 1600$ including peripherals, the lower cost the better obviously. Probably wont overclock but would like to have the potential for it down the line if I choose. I toyed with a more beefy build awhile ago and decided to tier things down to something much more practical. The monitor I plan to get is not found on PC part picker but is on amazon here at 199$. Will likely get 2 monitors so I can stop using my tv as a second screen and start using it as a tv but I won't be getting that right away so I'm not factoring that into the budget. The theme of this build is black and white, that's why I wanted to chose a case that is minimalistic. I do not want water cooling.

What improvements can be made?

I5s are very quickly becoming irrelevant.  You want either a 7700K or preferably Ryzen 1700

A 1600 would do the trick as well for less than that i5

Want to custom loop?  Ask me more if you are curious

Just remember to run the RAM at 2933MHz. A lot of these choices come from my own taste, like the (good) 750W PSU so you can do SLI without having to get a new one. 27" 1440p monitor for high-resolution games and a case I quite like, from Cooler Master.

That mouse is great for fingertippers, feel free to substitute a Logitech G402 or G502 if you palm grip.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Well I just got a Torq X3 today and I'm pretty comfortable with it. The X5 is the same frame but a higher-end sensor that has a couple more features.

It's got nice grippy surface around the thumb and pinky area and a couple buttons for macros and shit.

Only thing I dislike is that you can only use half of the 4 side buttons as "mouse x" type buttons, the other 2 are disabled by default but you can still bind them to stuff if you like.

Software does what it has to do, nothing bad nothing fancy
