So I am downloading the Windows Iso now and saving it to my desktop. I already downloaded rufus, and converted my usb to the default settings. After the ISO is done downloading to I just put it in my usb?

That what I did, then it did something to my usbI had in, or at least I think it did since it was selected. Then I started downloading the ISO to my desktop. I'm assuming I will transfer the file to the USB when it's done correct?

Is it supposed to just say start again after you do it? I did hit start twice but it looked like it just did the same thing as the first time.

Download ISO file

Run RUFUS

Under device select your USB drive

Check CREATE A BOOTABLE DISK USING ISO IMAGE, hit the disc icon and choose the ISO you downloaded and hit start

rufus_en.png

Then the USB should look like this

Image result for windows usb boot

Can you show what's inside the LOCALE folder? It feels wrong

Do I use MBR partition scheme for bios or UEFI, or do I use the one in the picture?

This is what I did. I clicked on the option to look up and ISO image next to where it says ISO image and changed it from mbr to gpt.
