NEED BEST USED CPU FOR GTX660/7850

Hey,

so im a bit of a pickle. Ive built a used pc before

Spoiler

Q9400 with 6gb ddr2 and an hd 7850

The card was bottlenecked to hell and on my kabylake rig, the performance shines.

now i am doing same for a friend, and have picked a suitable card, either a gtx660ti or hd7850, runs all his games perfectly so anything above that is a waste of money, budgets £150 for the core parts

Spoiler

Cpu,cooler,mobo,ram

Rest ill give to him till he gets own now the problem is, i cant think of a cpu that wont bottleneck this card and will be great, much appreciated
