Is the Cooler Master Hyper 103 Good?

Hello , i am atm using a stock fan cooler , is anyone here using the Hyper 103 , witch costs around 23eur in my country (macedonia) , i am getting temps at 72c , will it make it a lot cooler? Anyone here has that fan ??

Honestly, if you are not planning on OCing, you can just stick with the stock cooler.

i got my athlon 760k to 4.8 GHz on that thing at 70 or so C  - not bad cooler if you ask me + looks nice :D
