What's a good price to buy a used 1080p TN monitor?

I need a new monitor and found a local craigslist posting for  24 inch BenQ Monitor V2400 Eco, i got the price down to $40, is it a good deal?

Yeah, I would have answered 40-50 USD. I wouldn't pay any more than that.
