Games Freezes and sound loops

Making this thread cuz I have an issue i play any game my pc freezes for 2 seconds sound starts to loop and it goes back again.

I checked eventviewer/windows logs/system and found this yellow thingy:

I had a problem similar to this and shook it down to a slow hard drive.

Soo I decided to check out my Hard Drives I checked them out wih HdTune and Speecy:

I think (but I dont know) theres too many errors etc.. is my hdd's ok?

Just found out very weird thing in HWMonitor CPUTIN and AUXTIN Drops to 1°C This is weird. May that be the problem??
