nh-d15 and msi gaming 5 z97 do they fit?

the nhd15 has the fan in the middle and 1 fan on the side, im going to have to put the fan on the side near the vrm heatsink thing will the nhd15 still fit in that orientation? my case is a corsair 450d also

looks okay to me, the tower seems to cover the heatsink so its fine.

It will block first PCIe slot. Your GPU will use second. You should worry more about case and RAM.
