Windows 10 OEM switching motherboard?/ Windows delete help?

Izumi Reina

So I have an OEM key and will be upgrading to skylake and I was wondering if any could help me a way to switch to a new OEM key so it is connected to the new motherboard while not losing all my files through i.e. reinstalling windows and all my files etc. once I switch it out.

On another note If anyone could help me find out how to delete windows files (I copied my hard drive onto an SSD and use that to boot up now) but it says I need administrator access to delete these files (even though im the only account on the computer, and I am administrator).

1) link your key to a microsoft account http://www.windowscentral.com/how-link-your-windows-10-product-key-microsoft-account

2) do a clean install the proper way http://www.howtogeek.com/224342/how-to-clean-install-windows-10/

You should be doing a clean install every time you switch motherboards.
