Speaker wiring help

Laputacake

I have a pair of speakers but they have the 2 wire ends instead of a 3.5mm jack and was wondering if there was an adapter to RCA.

Could you post a picture? You may need an amplifier to power the speakers.

You would need an amp to power the speakers. Then you can plug ur phone into the amp

Best would be to solder some RCA plugs on the wires, or you could chop some RCA cables and solder wire-wire. Technically, you could skip the soldering on the latter and just twist the wires together and have the same kind of connection a clamp would provide. Avoid solderless RCA ends though

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ / MOBO: Abit NF7-S2G / GPU: WinFast A180BT 64MB / RAM: Mushkin DDR333 256MBx2 / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 120GB

This is assuming your RCA output is already amplified. Most are signal output. Check on amp

You plug them into places like this

Any electronics store...?

Just search for "amp" or "amplifier" or "receiver"

What are you talking about?

The tabs are outputs not inputs...

If I understand you have speakers with RCA (red&white jacks) that you want to plug into a 3.5mm headphone jack..

if this is the case the check the following link from RadioShack. Adapter Link
