Memory led won't turn off

I just got a asus x99 deluxe mother board and just put it in my pc.  I'm using corsair dominator platinum 33gb ddr4 running athe 3000mhz.  The pc won't post and it is giving an error code 53.  Meaning that the memory isn't supported.  Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

That's odd. Maybe because you shouldn't put 33 gb and instead go with 32?

Check to see if the memory is seated properly, If you can get into the BIOS see if anything is detected there. Try enabling the memory's X.M.P profiles if disabled, or disabling that if its enabled. How many DIMMs are you using? being x99 and Quad channel, are they in the correct slots?
