Can't buy/pre-order Forza Horizon 3

Hey guys, as I said in the title, I can't buy or pre-order Forza Horizon 3 from the windows store.

Where can I change the settings so I can buy it?

cant watch the video as im at work does it give you a error code or a reason why you cant buy it when you try to buy it?

Go to the website it says to go to.
I just went there and there are a few settings you could try.

You could try security and privacy.
family.

payment and billing.

Ask an adult to change your settings

To buy this, an adult needs to change your limit on what you can buy, in family settings at account.microsoft.com/family.

yeah id say go there and have a play with the settings it might take a couple minutes to come into effect when you change them

I've contacted Microsoft helpdesk and they said my account is a children account, settings can only be changed by the parent account.
