I'd say the older ThinkPad laptops have better keyboards.

Yes, but not the current generation ones.  Also kids these days find the thinkpads ugly.

I've always found the thinkpad to be ugly. I know they're pretty good, and used to be great before lenovo bought them, but I would never get one for me. I'm getting a lenovo ideapad yoga and I'm not even bothering with looking at the thinkpad yoga since I know in the end I'll just find it too ugly even if it's better.

The chicklet ones do fall back. and my peers call my X201 a grandfather old-ass laptop :(
