Why won't spell check / auto correct work for me ??

For some strange reason spell check doesn't work on my pc been a problem since i've had win 10 ?? 

 

Any suggestions or solutions ?

From my understanding. Notepad has never used a spell checker or if it did then its been turned off all my time while ive been using computers. 

I do know there have been some issues with spell checker and windows 10 anyway.

It's with everything from Facebook to LTT forums rather annoying
