mixing liquid cooling base with a concentrate coolant?

So i have never watercooled before, and i have been doing a lot of research... but have a few questions... one being:

would i mix this base:

with this coolant concentrate:

you should only mix Mayhem's aurora with distilled water or the water that they sell.  I wouldn't mix it with the primochill

neither.  I didn't know Newegg was stepping up their custom watercooling fluid game.  Performance-pcs.com has it but you can also just use distilled water from your local grocery store for ~1$ a gallon

edit: and its ok, everybody starts somewhere!  Make sure you do plenty of research before buying though!  Small mistakes can end up costing big money
