Is the connector rotatable on the microUSB version? thinking about phones like the 2013 nexus 5 that have the reversed microUSB connector. it would be stupid to not be able to see the screen while taking the thermal shots.

Does the app allow you to tweek with emissivity values? What about shortening or broadening the measured temperature scale?

emissivity calibration is a MUST. otherwise it's a guessimeter.

You'd be surprised at the amount of engineers and researchers who set it to 1.0 and call it quantitative.

what about extension cord? can it be used mounted somewhere and to see via cord what is behind the corner etc. ?
