ALL rear USB port sometimes not working sometimes ...

I am using a Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z mobo

 

and sometimes the rear USB ports will not be working, like like mouse, keyboard won't work because I connected to the rear USB ports

but the front USB from my case still work, what is the reason?

have you checked drivers?

when i go to device manager, the USB driver is the most up to date one already.

but it shouldn't be the mobo problem ... it is only used for 2 weeks now lol 

would that be bios problem?
