Moonzy
Go to solution Solved by Moonzy,

so... i ended up playing Tera Online...

we'll see how long it lasts me :D love the map and graphics though, very beautiful

battle system isn't as good as Dragon Nest, though it's not that bad either

Tera's battle system feels very slow responding compared to DN's

I'm currently out of games to play, because I'm quite picky with games :P

and I have nothing to do until late May, so im currently just rotting at home watching anime `-`

I would like recommendation for online and offline games respectively, so ill make this post into two categories

also, ill mix in some console games so you guys might get a clearer picture of what games i like

Offline games:

Favorite games:

Tomb Raider 2013 (yet to play ROTR but its on my list)

Portal 1 & 2

Cat Mario (this game is ze best :P but it gets boring fast `-`)

PS1: Genso Suikoden II, Final Fantasy IX

PS2: Final Fantasy X

the "meh" list:

Assasin's Creed 4 (didnt finish it due to losing my saved data during a format, map too big and too many things to do, and mediocre story)

Left 4 Dead 2 (gets boring real fast)

Pokemon series (i enjoy it, but eeeeeh... lacks excitement)

Final Fantasy XIII (story too complicated that im lazy to continue)

Phantasy Star Online 2 (left and right clicking only, boring AF D:)

PS2: Genso Suikoden III (story too boring)

games i dislike:

Crysis (or any fps games in general `-` i just dont know how to FPS)

Fallout 4 (game's too confusing for me ._.)

i like RPG mostly, puzzle games (like the portal) are fun too

storyline is optional but its better to have an interesting one (like TR2013 or portal)

also, the graphics cant be too gore, i dont mind blood but its just annoying to watch, unless its fun :3 (like how lara croft dies by impaling on a metal stick or tree branch)

i dont mind some PS1 or 2 games too `-`

Online Games:

Favourite:

Dragon Nest (i like the fast pace-ness of this, but the community sucks in the SEA server `-` played for 2~ years, gets boring quite fast since dungeons are repetitive)

Eden Eternal (i like how you can be all jobs with one character, played for 1 year+, same issue with DN, repetitive, but atleast the world is semi-open)

Tales of Pirates (as a kid, i enjoyed this game for over 5 years, due to the LARGE map that can be explored, the only downside is the game is dead and the control response is sluggish to me now)

the "meh" list:

Starcraft II (gets boring real fast)

Aura Kingdom (played it 2 years ago or so, buggy as hell and gold sellers ruined the game, but i enjoyed the gameplay though)

DoTA (never really got hooked)

games i dislike:

GunZ (i downloaded, joined a game and died `-` uninstalled immediately and started to hate fps ever since, jk, i just dunno how to FPS)

i like MMORPG, ones that allow you to lvl and form groups and play together :P

also, i noticed that i like the characters that are like anime-type-ish (like eden eternal) i dont like the graphics of black dessert `-`

again, having a good story is optional but preferred (i do read every single word of the quests in games)

i tend to spend most of my times on online games, about 15+ hours a day if im hooked, and i tend to focus only on one game at a time for over 1 year-ish, depending on how heavily im hooked into it

i seldom spend money in games too so i prefer games that are F2P, and not P2W

i'm from the SEA so recommend me games that can be accessed from here ._.

edit:

i will buy offline games (most of the free ones sucks anyway)

but i prefer F2P online games

i sort of dislike open world maps for offline games (because its boring to explore alone)

but i absolutely love open world map for online games :P

pretty sure i've missed a couple details while making this list, ill edit them when i can think of any `-`

sorry for the long post

here's a potato

That Potato is too good. And if you like RPGS, have you played Diablo yet? If you liked Diablo, try a game called FATE. There´s less story to it, but game play is near identical with the addition of pets and fishing. No online play though, and can get a little grindy for gear. Still a good game.

Eh, try any of them tbh. II is the only one I´ve played. And FATE isn´t boring per say, after the opening block of plot text, the game just focuses on just getting through the dungeon. There´s no really prominent NPCs, and your end game is just a simple,¨Beat this really bad dude at this level of the dungeon.¨ It´s alot like if a side scrolling beat em up met a LARP session, and the gameplay and combat of diablo got mixed in.

It's a turn based strategy game,.... you control a nation, the economy of it, the happiness of the people of that nation, the war and things, you basicly is the leader of that nation, it's fun.... you'd get that feeling of "just one more turn" and then you just keep continuing the game for another hour. the difficulties below King(Hard) are quite easy to learn and to win, when you get to king is when shit gets more realistic. (I'm still trying to win one on King with Indonesia, kept getting beaten by Korea with their technological advancement....)

Crypt of the NecroDancer it is a Indie Game so please don't complain about the Indie Graphics, you can play it on nearly every PC or Laptop and I recomand using Headphones to play it, native Controller and DancePad (if you have one) support if you want to.

No MMO but a LAN Multiplayer. AH .... and I forgot to mention it is Hard !

If you have big troubles take Bard till you have some practice in the Game :D
