Does Game Center Backup Modern Combat 5 progress?

Hello Forum,

As you read in the title, I want to know whether Game Center backs up game data including multiplayer stuff of Modern Combat 5 since I don't want to lose 42+ hours of work. It would be great if you could reply ASAP.
