One monitor is brighter than the other

Maztzer

Hello everyone,

I have 2 Dell U2312HM in a dual monitor setup,

One of them is brighter than the other, checked settings of monitor and drivers (nvdidia) and the settings are for both the exact same.

This really bothers me...

Any clues on how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Could it be a glare issue? Or just manually set the brightness on the monitor so they look the same

Feel free to message me if you want to chat!

Try to push the hard button on the monitor itself that should say ''setting'' or something like that and try to get the configuration the same.

I did, both set to the exact same.

I did, both set to the exact same.

Than try to set it not exactly the same but change it to match each other well , unfortunatally non-professional monitors do not cover offset brightness in the warranty :'(

I have 3x u2311h and none of them look identical. you just have to fiddle around with the brightness and contrast to make them similar.

My monitors are different brightnesses also, probably because one is a quite old HannsG HA191 17inch and the other is a HP 2311x quite a bit of difference but I only use one for gaming and the other for watching videos or reading shit.
