Instead of using DSR, create a custom resolution using that refresh rate and it will work fine. Just tried 1440p 75hz on my 1080p 60hz monitor and it worked fine.

You can't have custom resolutions/refresh rates and DSR at the same time.

I know it's annoying but that's how thing are.
