Windows 10 Display Resolution

After updating from 8.1 to 10, I can't set my screen to 4k. The highest resolution I have available to select is 1600x1200.

Update display driver?

Randomly fixed itself after restarting my computer 3 times. Also, there aren't any drivers for windows 10 by dell for this monitor. Problem seems to be fixed so you can lock this thread.

most of the graphics drivers are also baked into the windows update itself, so it likely installed the drivers by itself in the background
