Need help with TRC RAM Settings.

Hello. So i bought 2X4GB Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B. It is 1600Mhz 1.5V with 9-9-9-24 Timings.

Of course when i put it in my computer it auto sets it at 1333Mhz. I went into the bios to manually set it to the correct speed since my PC is AMD and i cant use XMP profile.

So the timings were already set to 9-9-9-24 so i just set the speed to 1600Mhz but there is a number below 24 that is called TRC on the auto settings it's set at 41. In my BIOS is says the SPD for this setting is 34 but in CPU-Z under SPD it says 41. Does anyone know which is the correct setting?

Auto - SPD

9 - 9

9 - 9

9 - 9

24 - 24

41 - 34

TL;DR
