I dont believe so, no. If you still have the install media, you should be able to reinstall it.

Nope. Just do a re-install of it. Takes like 5 minutes

It's an older Full licence not the newer subscription based one

Then no, you'd have to buy another license.

Well, no, but generally it isnt that easy to make another HDD your boot because of drivers and what-not. Google Drive, iCloud, etc. are all good web-based free alternatives.

If you do not have the media microsoft may have a download available on their site. There is software available to help you find your product key here is a link to an article at PCWorld. After you have all that uninstall office from your older computer. Reinstall on the new pc enter the key and you should be good to go. I also included microsofts official information below that includes a contact number for product key issues. Hope that helps!

I do as well... Yeah it's on the old activation system

I guess there's nothing more to say than what everyone else has said. You can try Microsoft support.

found you download links http://www.microsoft.com/office/downloads/. Use Magic Jelly Bean that was recommended in the PCWorld article. You should be able to reinstall using both of those links. You may have to email or call microsoft if it doesn't work and explain the situtation, Its been awhile since I used the activation system not sure if office was smart enough to know when you uninstalled from another PC.
