8.1 random half responding?

sounds confusing, but for some reason my windows just freezes but dosnt.. like the windows icon on screen will become not a button, the search and settings tab on the right side never comes up, but the windows button on the keyboard works and the metro UI half works, apps like calender show no icon but still works if you click on it.. any idea whats going on?

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

run memtest86+ and check the ram for defects

run memtest86+ and check the ram for defects

just got finished running it, took it an hour and there were 0 errors
