I've always wanted to start streaming or if my net speeds couldn't handle (uploads are pretty terrible in Aus) go in to doing video reviews and stuff.

I would upggrade my current rig to be able to house it in there, i do a lot of multitasking and my current cpu doesn't quite cut it always

I would buy a premium Mobo with it and make my rig more suitable for some highquality gamestreaming. 1080P 60fps on a more frequent base than now. Also I would have more time for my hobby youtube as rendering and gaming don´t go well togheter at the moment. Apart from that it would be a nice long term upgrade I´ve been thinking about for quite some time.
