I'm a Mobile 1 4T fan myself. I have never tried the Royal Purple oils though.

Nothing's necessarily wrong with the Castrol but people claim lower engine temps with Royal Purple and Motul so I figured it was worth trying to see what all the fuss was about. If it truly does make the engine run cooler then it's the better product because that means there's less friction on the internals.

I'll try the Mobil a few changes from now to give it a fair shot.

I just sold my 2012 Yamaha yzf-r6 50th World GP edition last month. Looked like this http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/motorcycles/2012models/2012-Yamaha-YZFR6-WorldGP50thAnniversaryEdition.htm. Also had a Graves Motorsports exhaust on it and a fender eliminator kit looked like this http://www.gravesport.com/Graves-Motorsports-Yamaha-R6-Carbon-Slip-On-2006-2010.html. I used the best gear Alpinestars and I had a shoei x-12 http://www.thehelmetcenter.com/shoei-x-12-bautista-tc-1/ with a Gold visor. I miss my bike but the people in my city are terrible drivers. Honest got hit a bunch of times and several friends died or became paralyzed. If I get another one it will be another r6 but track only.

Riding season will roll back around here pretty soon where I live. About a month and a half left. I'm going to get some new tires on her and while I have them off get my wheels powder coated red. I'll have some pics for you guys when I get started.

Very rarely. I wore it for my Iron Butt ride, and if I'm feeling spunky. Otherwise its just a jacket, non-gauntlet gloves and a helmet.

 

It is primarily for the track.

I'm guessing white doesn't wear too well? What do you use to clean it?

The white kind of grays a bit with sweat, but bugs are the bigy. Most of the chest is perforated for airflow and bits of bugs get in the perforations and are a real pain to get out.

 

I use automotive leather cleaners and conditioners. I am afraid to use too much chemicals, because some may dry the leather and Kangaroo out and cause it to crack. Once it cracks the suit is pretty much done.

£7000, through finance though so I am paying monthly. I have also got a full set of luggage on it for touring from Givi (had it put in to sweeten the deal and compensate for the fact the KTM Duke 200 I am Part exing isn't worth much!)

In the same boat as most of yall. Still living at home no bike for me so i'll be picking up a mazda miata as a project car to satisfy my longing for a little while  but when i move out i would like to get a supermoto with some Nobbies for some off road fun.
