Stereo mix software/Audio Stream cloning

Computer Steroids

Alright, imagine the following situation. I just got a brand new awesome soundcard, and it doesn't have stereo mix like my onboard one does. But I reaaally need stereo mix for use with my live gamer HD. I've tried using virtual audio cable and virtual audio streaming (latest versions) and both do not have the functionality to create a recording device that basically combines all of the output audio streams on one piece of hardware. Does anybody know any software that does?

Simply put, I want to use my speakers/headphones, clone that audio to a virtual recording device (virtual stereo mix) and in windows, select "listen to this device via: [output that I need]" so I can duplicate the audio stream to another output.

Or if someone knows how to stream audio through two outputs, that would be amazing.
