Besides the reasonable price for what's in it, I like the aesthetics. The red beveled edge pointed out in the video really brings a cool factor to it

I really enjoyed the overall product. It's a solid peice of equipment that'd be good for gaming. And as a guy who's trying to get into PC gaming, this product is very lucrative.

Being a strict desktop pc master race user for price/performance/security reasons, the best feature this laptop has for me is the battery life. 2 1/2 to 3 hours of battery life with these specs sounds okay. I personally would prefer purchasing a more affordable netbook for something I could connect to different TVs wherever I go, which means nothing comparable to my desktop for modern gaming. I wouldn't want to risk carrying around $1,000 worth of tech with me out the door. 

 

So yeah, if I could play Rogue Legacy for nearly 3 hours @ 1080p while running youtube podcast type shows anywhere I can get wifi, that's how I'd use this.

My favorite spec of the notebook is its Maxwell-based 850M GPU. It's better than what I have in my desktop now... A.k.a. no GPU...

Love the looks, hands down. I have had a gaming laptop and the thing just gets to flashy to take out in public. I like what Asus has done in downplaying the whole this is mainly a gaming machine, into this great at gaming, but I am here to work.

In general I just love all of Asus's products but this one caught my eye from its IPS screen and it's brushed aluminum finish.
