My favorite thing is the dedicated web storage button. I never realized I absolutely need that. Other than that I respect that some of you (or all?) took external keyboards and mice to the top of a mountain to use with the laptop. That's hardcore.

 

The laptop seems cool. Pretty impressive that they can fit hardware like that into a fairly modest looking laptop and still keep it cooled properly without sounding like an airplane taking off.

I have been looking at this or the n550jk for 3-4 months now, I love the IPS panel and somewhat affordable pricing.

An entry to RoG series with new NVIDIA GTX 800M series is what I'm looking for. The quality is top notch and the battery life is a huge plus. I don't think I need to mention the overall spec as if it's not good enough.

 

The question though, how hot ?

the one thing i like about ASUS RoG G550JK how bad it is. JK!. i like the form factor of the laptop maybe the weight of it..even though weight doesn't affect me unless im going out with it..but the form factor is really what interests me knowing the spec inside

A bit of an odd one, but the red backlit keyboard and the red stripe, it goes good with the red ROG sticker on the front. Which is something, because for me, it's usually functionality > beauty, but his this laptop has very respectable specs and that one little bit pushes it over the edge.

I always love the subwoofer that ASUS includes in some notebooks, and the bottom cover is a nice thing to keep.

Aluminum, definitely the aluminum look and feel to the laptop...All about them aluminum which kinda make me bought the HTC one m7 at the first place but its an rog laptop with aluminum! Yeah ALUMINUM!!!!

That thing looks like it could match my PC's performance I love that it fit's neatly into a console replacement role too. And my favorite part had to be the heaven benchmark so I could see a measure it's performance.
