I5 2500k random BSOD code 124

Hello guys, i have a weird problem, and i could't solve it on my own, so i need help, i need somebody, mot just anybody. My pc specs are in the signature.The drivers and the windows installs are leftover from my old P8H77-V LE mobo, they may be the issue, but just putting it out there. I have the stock cooler atm, i am receiving a arctic Xtreme rev 2 cooler soon, the problem is that i tried to OC on the stock cooler, went fine, 4.1 at 1.29v, but it was stable in prime for 3h (the longest i can run now due to temperatues) but crashes with bsod on 2h of any stresing game, and the code indicates "ntoskrnl.exe", i can not bump the voltage more, it will produce too much heat. Ok, i backed off, 3.7, at 1.27 v, stable relatively, but after 2h of gaming crashes with bsod, i went for 3.3 ghz, at 1.1v, and not being stable i kept rising the voltage in small increments till 1.18, it seems stable for now, last time before it crashed it run NFS Shift 2 for 4 hours on the career screen (i was away) after that i kept playing, and crashed on browsing chrome, sometimes at boot is says "no kb/mouse detected" which is stranger than it's supposed to, also sometimes it bsods on just loading the windows desktop, so rescue me please, sorry for the long lecture :(

Also, the stock defaults on this motherboard are jumping the clock like crazy and crashes more often, just to say, so i have AiTweaker on manual in bios, voltage to manual.

I'm not an expert in this, but why are you trying to over clock on the stock cooler. I put my 2500K at 3.5 by just upping the multiplier and I use the stock heatsink too and I have had no problems

I bought it used, so i wanted to test if it works and OCs on my setup, i'll get a proper cooler soon, and i unninstalled kaspersky in the meantime.

Also, RAM is fine, i tested it with memtest86.

Maybe when you OCed you changed the RAM's frenquency. If it went above what it is recommended then it can make your system really unstable. Also 3 hours in Prime95 is nothing. You should AT LEAST test it for 8 hours to see if it is a stable system,

Ram is fine, if my ram was over the specs, my mobo will not boot and tell me that the overclocking failed, trust me, i've been there in the past, i know 3h is nothing, but the thermal conditions did not allow me to run it longer, but i managed to pull 10 passes of intel burn test on normal, no errors.Still waiting for that cooler for 32 h of prime.

For the moment i am running it at 3.3 jigahertz at 1.28v, anyone could give me the stock sandy voltages?

OK, i got this sorted out, i needed to up the voltage, forgot sandy needed more volts, it's stable now at 3.5 at 1.31v, i'll go higher once i get a cooler.
