Can you elaborate what you mean by Hybrid mode? I just took a look at the manual and found no reference to "Hybrid mode"

Edit: Seasonic focus platinum comes with "hybrid mode" apparently.

it's fanless operation when not under load as I understand it... so, hmm, maybe it isn't delivering power to the Nvme in this mode?
