New sub $700 build planning

HunterH1012

I want to run my new build plan by some people to be critiqued... Also I'll be running games like PUBG, CS:GO, Apex legends, GTAV, and Battle field V. I will also be doing a little streaming as well as some light video editing in adobe premiere pro. I'm trying to stay under $700 USD.
