Yes, you can.

Not that I'd recommend it, unless you already happen to have the two 780s, a good power supply, and only play older games that actually do have halfway decent support for SLI.

As said before don't buy a second card just for that, if someone gives you one ... consider selling both and get one more powerful card ... in the long run it will be way easier on you quality of life ...
