ROG STRIX vs. ROG STRIX OC

If not manually overclocking, is it worth to pay the extra for the ROG STRIX OC version, instead of the ROG STRIX non-OC version, when all graphics cards have GPU Boost? 

I'm kinda finding mixed answers when searching the interwebz, so I'd like to hear you guys' opinions

The OC cards come pre OCed ever so slightly. Decide if you find the extra few percent and extra price, or  if you want to OC it a little, and save some wattage and some money.

not much binning happening, you could manually match or beat the OC they put on the OC version

Yes exactly

I asked ASUS if any of their 3080 or 3090 cards would be binned and they told me none of them are. 

I'm glad I decided to go for a non-OC version.
