How can you tell what website used your camera or microphone in Google Chrome

Is there any way to see what exact website used your camera or microphone on Google chrome? Windows privacy settings says that Google Chrome used my camera a few days ago for the first time but I don’t recall ever doing something that involved that.

Wow that was a big brain idea. I figured out it was just some MSI warranty picture I took to register a product. Thanks
