Sleeper PC help

So I’m planning to build a sleeper in this old HP workstation case but I don’t know how I will power on the PC the front panel connector is different from a new one (of course) and neither do I know if it is atx case or just some weird layout

Motherboards in old Optiplexes use a BTX motherboard layout (which theres no modern versions of). MicroATX might work in them but Im not 100% sure since I've never tried.

I guess you'll have some soldering to do if you want to make it work.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
