Good display for both animation and gaming

I'm looking to get my girlfriend a gift and she could use a new monitor.  She's an animator so color accuracy is important but she's also a gamer/streamer so refresh/response is also important.  From my searching it seems that most monitors are geared towards one or the other.  Is there something that performs decently at both or am I probably looking at two monitors?

Current Rig
AMD Ryzen 3700X - Asus ROG Strix X570-E - 32 GB GSkill TridentZ RGB
GeForce GTX 1080Ti - Samsung 840 Pro 256GB - Silverstone TJ07

in recent years there are finally monitors that do both well, but there still isnt that many, i recommend the AOC 24G2 for 1080p and LG 27GL850 for 1440p/144hz, if she needs a 4k display then the x27 will do.

note that the above 144hz monitors are still not as good as some of the professional monitors like the asus proart (the new one is next level, linus has a video on it), nec pa, or ezio CG series, but close enough even if they are side by side.

I'll start with this.

https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/best/by-usage/photo-editing-graphic-design

And here are more options. Pre calibration means factory calibrated colors, if you're going to calibrate them yourself switch it to post calibration. You can also add even more filters from the add column button.

Lastly, read trough this thread as it has lots of good information.
