Is there any difference between 900p and 1080p in framerates?

Newblesse Obblige

For example, I have a i5 6400 and paired it with a RX 570 and played GTA V with a monitor that has a 900p monitor(like I am currently using). if I upgraded to a 1080p monitor, is there any different is performance or decrease in framerate? If yes, how much? Is the decrease/increase negligible?

Technically it is more pixels (about 30ish%) so you will get lower fps. I cant say how much for sure, but it probably wont be too noticeable. Im someone who prefers image quality over fps though so if you care more about frames, you might not want to. But you can always run at 900p on the 1080p monitor.

I am far from an expert in this so please correct me if I’m wrong.
