The right one: SATA power on your power supply (the same cable used for hard drives, 2.5" SSD's, optical drives, etc.), there should be a cable or two with multiple connectors on it.

The one on the left is RGB, but to know where it should plug into, you should provide: what motherboard do you have? What case is this?

the one on the left is a 3pin arbg 5v, for rgb essentially and dont plug it into the 4 pin header though.

the other looks like a sata power though im not sure because of how the picture  was taken so i could be wrong.

Doesn't seem like the motherboard has a 3 pin RGB connector, only a 4 pin RGB connector (which are not cross compatible).

The sata connector mates with a sata connector from your psu.  it's there to give power to some fan controller or something installed in/on your case, or to power the fans screwed to the case.

The RGB connector is probably to make the rgb work on your fans on the case, or some led strips on the case. You could just leave it be for now, not connected to anything, the leds just won't light up. Later, you can buy a fan controller that supports that connector ( digital rgb 5v or whatever) and use that.
