Help PC peripherals won't turn on.

Hi,

I was gaming on my PC tonight and decided to install Asus gpu tweak 2 and then when I tried to turn my PC back on it got to the main menu but my keyboard and nothing else would work.

I have tried every USB port taking out the battery from my mobo, reseating the ram and nothing seems to work now I am just stuck at the image I posted. Please help sort of don't understand what could have happened.

Thanks for any replies in advance.

When I plug a flash drive into the PC it turns red for a second and then goes off usually it's on all the time.

Also when I hit the power button to turn it off it just hangs forever unless I hold it down.

Could you recommend one that would work for a desktop computer?
