High power limit bios for RTX 2080 super

Hello, I am overclocking an RTX 2080 super ftw 3 ultra by evga which has a 130% power limit but i get power limited at 300 watts but i know since it has duel 8 pin connectors it should be able to use up to around 350 watts and i know you cant edit turing bios so does anyone know anyway to increase the power limit to 350 watts without doing like a shunt mod?
