What GPU should I use?

What's a good cheap CPU cooler? What's the best budget RAM? What's the best budget SSD storage? any recommended peripherals? How would I figure out what motherboard is compatible with which CPUs (whoops that was originally a typo)? 

 

Budget: less than $1000 CAD

I think the best cheap CPU cooler is the snowman quad heatpipe. It's a lot of cooler for £15. It's basically a Hyper 212 with more aluminium and for £5 less. The best budget RAM is the cheapest stuff you can find in your locale above 3000mhz. The razer basilisk is pretty nice, try a mechanical keyboard. Motherboards don't usually interface with one another physically, but you can figure out which CPU is compatable with a motherboard by looking at the socket the CPU is meant for, and what socket the mobo has.

It's ok but not good. It's around the same as a Ryzen 3700x stock cooler or Wraith Max

-When you buy windows 10, buy a W10 Pro key off eBay for around £4. No sense paying full price for an OS.

It's a chinese cooler, so order it and it'll turn up by the time you forget about it. It's probably the best value cooler out there, and more than enough for a 3600.

For bulk storage hard drives are great. For your OS, not so much.

It's a dual mag amp. Not something I would use for a modern gaming system.

The CX450M would be a nice cost-cut, though.
