ITX mobo with 2x usb 2.0 headers?

Hi

 

Does it exist a motherboard, either ITX or DTX, that has two usb 2.0 headers?

why do you specifically need usb 2.0 and not 3.0

Also , you can go on newegg and very quickly sort the boards by form factor and usb headers.

Since you normally connect a front panel connector with TWO USB ports to the board, at least 2 connections should work. USB is so designed that you (in theory) can add unlimited devices (e.g. with USB hubs). The limit is power here (and bandwith if you it really use it extensively).

 

I guess it's for a pump and some other device that requires to be connected to an USB header? I will do the same with a small splitter (not done yet, build in progress). NZXT even offers a "sleak" solution for it (NZXT AC-IUSBH-M1 USB Hub). PS: it's expensive, I just order a no name part from Amazon.

I always wanted to build an itx pc. Ive been buying components slowly, and now i finally got everything i need. For my bday, I was given a corsair AIO and a 3pk of corsair fans. They were not exactly my first choice, but i dont want them to go to waste. The thing is, both those components need usb 2.0. I would be ok with rma`ing my current mobo, but cant really find another itx/dtx mobo with two usb2.0...

USB 2.0 header splitters is the best bet, I use them in 2 of my systems, they work perfectly.

ooh alright! didnt know that about usb... Ye, its for an AIO and the corsair node core. Im guessing the power consumption of an AIO and 3 fans could be thought of as extensive for one usb2.0 header. Should I in that case go for a hub/splitter with molex or sata?

Would a normal splitter be good enough for an AIO and a corsair node core, or should I go for a splitter/hub with its own power connector?

That's literally what I use my 2.0 splitter for, RGB controllers haha.
