its fine, just find a mouse that fits your hand a wired M65 fits my hand just fine

If you want a keyboard too the MS Desktop 900 (cheaper than $50. Look on PCPP) is great but if you just want the mouse I'd recommend the Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse (I'm not sponsored by them or work for them I just like their mice and keyboards.)
