PCI-E bandwidth monitoring

Does anyone know of a utility for monitoring PCI-E lane throughput or utilization (not lane assignments but actual bandwidth utilization) that shows output realtime, preferably with a display similar to FRAPS, etc.?  I'm not looking for a benchmark but a realtime monitor.  I'm curious as to the bus utilization during certain operations.  I'd like to see utilization per slot, CPU vs chipset, etc.
