Server Desync

Currently hosting a minecraft server and a few are experiencing desync.

 

Is there anyway around this issue?

 

940 download and 40 upload. 

 

3 players are actively playing.

This sounds more like a Minecraft issue than a server issue, though Minecraft merges the two of course.  Might get more action in the games section.  Not sure.  There are people who run Minecraft servers here though.  Not many, but there are a few.  A useful response might take some time.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
